All classes are Zoom based unless requested otherwise.
Trauma Informed Yoga, Breath and Mindfulness Class, 30 mins, every Sunday in August
1pm Hawaii, 7pm EST, 6pm Central, 4pm Pacific

If you would like to book a class or workshop with me for your group or individual please email me Ashley@TheMigraineYogini.com and let me know what class type and how many participants and your ideal day and time.  All classes are Zoom based unless requested otherwise.  I will try to accommodate your schedule as close as possible.  Payment is expected prior to class start.
Class Choices:Yoga flow, Restorative, Meditation and Breathwork, or Chair yoga.
